"I think it's really fun when patients come back to the office and we don't even recognize them. And usually the staff member that's at the front desk will come back and say, 'so and so came back and we didn't even know it was him when he walked in.' What's really nice is to have the patient sit down and show them the old photos. People very often forget what they look like and they're shocked when they see the before hair transplant pictures. And I think sitting down with them and seeing the before pictures and even sometimes, the whole chronology is really amazing for them.
