Patient STQ is a Norwood Class 6 and has medium weight, graying, light brown hair of average density (2.2 hairs/mm2). The patient had two hair transplant sessions. The first consisted of 2,664 grafts and the second of 554 for 3,218 grafts in total. A tight scalp limited the number of grafts in the second session.
