Patient RKS is a thinning Norwood Class 3V with straight, brown hair and a donor density of 2.3 hairs/mm2. Results after one hair transplant with grafts distributed over the front and top of his scalp and his crown. Of the 2,298 follicular unit grafts transplanted in this session, 620 of these were placed in his crown.
