Patient UAI is a Norwood Class 3 with straight, dark brown hair and a donor density of 2.1 hairs/mm2. He had one hair transplant to the frontal area consisting of 1,559 grafts. Photos were taken before and then 15 months after the hair restoration. Due to his thinning he began to part his hair on the right. After the procedure, he returned to parting his hair on the left.
