Patient AAL is a woman with a Norwood Class 3 pattern of hair loss. Because of her deep temporal recession, she wore her hair forward to camouflage the bald area. She has straight, brown, medium weight hair and a donor density of 2.2. Results after one hair transplant session of 1,049 follicular unit grafts.
