Today is the day after my second procedure and I thought I would drop you a note to let you know how satisfied I am with my entire experience with you and your very professional staff.

In 2002, I visited quite a few hair transplant practices before being recommended to you by my dermatologist. I’m certainly glad he made the recommendation. What impressed me about you was the combination of your ongoing dedication to hair restoration research, you commitment to the “artistry” of hair restoration that seemed to be lacking with other practitioners, and your overall level of professionalism as a medical doctor.

After my first procedure a year ago (and my countless questions both before and after the procedure), I, like all of your patients I’m sure, anxiously awaited the results to come to fruition. Needless to say, I was so happy with the results that the second procedure was never in doubt. To your prospective patients, “The hair will grow I say!”, and it is certainly enjoyable to watch new hair flourish after years of the opposite. Perhaps the most “credible” compliment comes from my hairstylist. She has many clients who’ve had hair transplants from their physicians, and she never fails to compliment me (and hence you) on my results in terms of both density and aesthetics that I achieved from just one session.

During both procedures, I was kept completely comfortable by your staff, and to anyone considering hair transplantation, I would describe the process to be painless and the post-op discomfort to be minimal at best. I will be happy to be a reference for you at any time in the future.

It’s been a week and 3 days since my hair transplant procedure, and I just wanted to say thank you for everything. From scheduling my consultation and my procedure a day apart, to covering my stay at a rather nice hotel, you made this as trouble-free as possible. My consultation with you was brief and to the point; although I failed to bring my list of questions, you were very honest and helpful with your advice.
Your staff was great, and their laid-back demeanor really made me feel at ease.

I’m still using the shampoo and sponge you provided as per my aftercare instructions. The shampoo has not dried my scalp out at all: if anything its keeping my hair somewhat oily.

I just wanted to send you a letter of thanks. It’s been one year since my second procedure, and I’m very happy with the results. I came to you after looking onto other companies, and one word came to mind after visiting: integrity. Everything that I was told came to pass.
