Dr. Shah and Dr. Wolfeld were featured on the Dr. Oz Show where they demonstrated the latest treatments for women with thinning hair. Dr. Shah discussed at-home laser therapy devices, Minoxidil 5% for Women, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy with Dr. Oz.
Dr. Michael Wolfeld was shown applying PRP treatments to a patient in our state-of-the-art facility in New York City. When the PRP patient appeared on the set to exhibit the results of her treatment, the studio audience cheered at the improvement in her hair compared to her ‘before’ photos.

Watch video of a Robotic FUE hair transplant at Bernstein Medical. Dr. Bernstein describes the actions of the robot as it uses its advanced digital imagery to map follicular units, select each unit for harvesting, and orient the two-step punch tool for follicular unit extraction.
After the robot extracts follicular units, Dr. Bernstein’s assistants use special forceps to remove the follicular units and place them in a holding solution designed to prolong the life of grafts. Click to watch the video.
